He has managed and developed marketing plans and brand campaigns for dozens of health systems including HCA Virginia, North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System, Health Management Associates, Tenet Health, Novant Health, Centra Health, University of Alabama Health System, Duke University Medical Center and Hackensack University Medical Center. Active in all critical phases of research, strategic planning and creative development, Will personally oversees big picture thinking for our clients. He is a member and distinguished award recipient of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, the Virginia Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations, the Carolinas Healthcare PR and Marketing Society, HealthLeaders and the American College of Healthcare Executives. A frequent lecturer, Will has presented at the International Medical Travel Association, The Health Care Globalization Summit, The Forum for Healthcare Strategists and multiple state hospital conferences. Most recently, he presented “Branding Destination Hospitals” to the Latin America Global Medicine & Wellness Congress. Will received his B.F.A. in communication arts & design from Virginia Commonwealth University and now, as adjunct faculty, teaches a new class on healthcare marketing and public relations. |

His big ideas have landed him on the same sets as Margaret Thatcher and Steve Jobs. Today, he uses his conceptual talents and executional skills to bring healthcare brands to life at Franklin Street. As creative director, Tim ensures that the final creative product is authentic to the brand and meets all marketing objectives. Prior to joining Franklin Street, he served as executive director of marketing communications and creative director for the University of Richmond, where he oversaw the marketing of a $200 million capital campaign. Under his direction, the university earned more than 50 industry awards and achieved the highest national ranking in its history. Tim holds an M.F.A. in visual communications from Virginia Commonwealth University’s acclaimed School of the Arts.
