Kati joined Linnunrata in early 2009 to continue in her father's footsteps. Since March 2010 she has been Managing Director of the agency. Kati's main focus is in buiding strong client relationships and adding value to  clients via effective and strategic campaigns and brand building. Her goal is to ensure Linnunrata is amongst the innovators when it comes to looking at the way we do business, how we deliver results and how we measure our  and importantly, our clients' success. Also close to her heart are Linnunrata's employees: creativity is not harnessed by processes or restricted by time sheets. Linnunrata has a fun working environment without loosing sight of our business goals.
Kati has a strong background in Finance and client management. She was with Dresdener Kleinwort Wassertein's M&A team in London for 3 years and with Citigroup Global Corporate Banking for 4 years. She has also worked in management consulting  She holds a BSBA from University of Denver and a MBA from Helsinki School of Economics.
