 A career spanning 26 years in the advertising industry, Hoshi has been instrumental in bringing ‘creative energy’ to the multi-faceted roles he has played since he started his career in 1986. Hoshi was the founding partner of The Big Idea (TBI) in 1999. His career involves stints at reputed agencies like BBDO, India, Bates PanGulf, Dubai and M&C Saatchi, Dubai. Over the years, he has received prestigious Advertising Awards and has also been involved with the highly acclaimed Dubai Cares Campaign initiated by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. Hoshi currently is the CEO of TBI which represents the Transworld Advertising Agency Network in the UAE.
