This is an interesting article from one of the UKs top ad men. With the financial pressure we are all feeling just now it is tempting to have account management devolved to planners or, heaven forbid, 'creatives', this opinion piece makes a good case for us 'suits'.

The article hits some good points about why the account person is still vital today. In fact all three main points are things that creative types traditionally don't want to touch.
