I just finished an inspiring editorial, “How Staying Positive Is Good for Business “ by Geoff Ramsey, CEO of eMarketer.

Ramsey explains why it's important to keep a positive outlook in this negative economy and five steps we, as business owners, can take to not only survive but strengthen our businesses.

We just had a pep talk about these very things here at DigitalDay at our monthly all-agency meeting last Friday. We’re using this time to develop products and services we can re-use and re-sell and building other tools to support our infrastructure. We also asked our employees to kick it up a notch, to pitch in and work harder, to help us avoid having to make “tough” decisions.
